Availability & Booking

We reserve the right to charge the full amount due in the event of a late cancellation, within 10 days of the arrival date, where we are unable to re-let the room(s), or due to a no show.

In the event of cancellation, no charge will be made as long as notification is received by email or phone prior to 10 days before the date stay.

For example, if your stay starts on the 15th, you will not be charged as long as you cancel before the 5th.

Please note, cancellations are only valid when we have replied to your email or voicemail. To simply say that you left a message or sent an email is not sufficient, and you will be charged the full amount.

Please note, there is a minimum stay of two nights.

Anyone wishing to stay the first night and cancel the second night will be charged for 2 nights.

We understand that at the moment plans are subject to change at very short notice and we will always try to transfer your reservation to an alternative date by mutual agreement (subject to availability).
